After new management changes, the service is splendid. Snacks are served and the business feels so cozy. The new owner/stylist is very experienced and does a great job.

The professionalism at this place is absolutely absurd. It’s one lady who is answering all the phone calls, dyeing/perming all the hair, and doing all the cuts. She’s Korean and operates on a seniority basis as opposed to first come first serve. I had to wait 40min for my 10min haircut while she first served multiple elderly Korean women who sat down after me. She didn’t even have the politeness to apologize for the wait or offer any explanation - I was literally ignored until she felt guilty enough to address my needs. Total waste of my time. And she had the audacity to ask for tip at the end 😂

Even though my hair is on the shorter side, I typically find it hard to find people who do a good job at cutting it. Lisa is by far the best person I have been to and I cannot recommend her skills enough.

Tried this place about 4~5 times Absolutely cannot find any professionalism at this place. 처음 몇번만 신경 써주시고 그다음부터는 정말 성의 없습니다. 3~4번 예약 했는데 한번도 제시간에 자른적 없고, 오늘은 무슨 20분 넘게 기다리고 3분 동안 정말 대충 자르시더군요. Lady is really nice for the first couple of visits, but starts to not care as you go more often. I always make reservations, but she is never ready on time. Literally took 3 minutes to cut my whole hair today & waited 20+ minutes. Also, after she "dried my hair" (my whole hair was still wet) she told me she was done and started to head to the counter. never asked me for any hair products lol. my hair looked pretty much like an afro. while waiting for 20 minutes, I saw her putting tons of hair products to a customer who came here for the first time today. Will not be going back to this place ever.
