Lisa Michaels Retro Salon

Unfortunately, I have to write this to break the cycle of older people trying to intimidate youth. Today (10/14/25) I walked back to my car & was greeted by the business owner unpleasantly as she stormed out of salon. She asked me if this was my car and if I worked in Haddonfield. I responded yes to her questions. Then Lisa replied "Well my patrons don't have anywhere to park". Mind you, plenty of spaces were available. Lisa then showed me multiple other places to park. I told Lisa that she doesn't own the street & parallel parking is first come first serve. After Lisa's realization that I was correct, she then pivoted the conversation to "well you are parked on a corner. Kids whip around the corner and will hit your car". Found Lisa through my daughter who lives in the area… Lisa is truly a gem! I have had bad hair experiences throughout the years and Lisa is spot on and knowledgeable about hair color and everything hair related… plus, she is so friendly and down to earth.. she’s like fam🤗 I would recommend her to anyone looking for that remarkable hair experience!!!

I was interested in having my hair cut at a salon in Haddonfield as I’m familiar with the town from Nannying. I went into multiple salons in town to see what they were like. I was the most impressed by Lisa’s salon. She is friendly and welcoming, and I felt like I was catching up with a friend. I made an appointment for the next day. I love my hair cut, and so did my family! I enjoyed getting to know Lisa as a person and hair stylist!!

My elderly mother has been going to Lisa for years and I recently started taking her. Lisa is awesome! She was so accommodating with scheduling. Lisa also took the time to make sure my mom was comfortable, relaxed and liked her haircut. I definitely recommend Lisa!

i found lisa michaels by accident and when i saw how much her clients love her, i decided to visit her salon for a haircut. lisa made time for me from her busy schedule and gave me the best haircut i've ever had. wow. thanks so much for caring, lisa. i can't say enough great things about lisa and also her great haircuts. i am so lucky to have foujnd you and will stay with you forever!
