Li's Massage Therapy and Reflexology

My family had been using this massage service for over three years and always enjoyed both the massages and the prices. Unfortunately, my most recent visit was unpleasant. Prices went up and quality of service was poor. This time, a female masseuse gave me a massage in a tiny room at the end of the hallway. It felt more like a storage or practice area than a proper treatment room. She talked throughout the session while I was trying to relax and performed most of the massage over the towel. At one point, she said the room was hot and opened the door, which violated my privacy and comfort. My daughters were there as well, and their experience was also disappointing. Their massages were painful, and even after repeatedly asking the male masseurs to be gentler, nothing changed. I believe th
