Great place for an IV infusion. They made me very comfortable in the recliner chair with a blanket in a quiet, dimly lit room. The nurse who did my IV was a nurse of over 25+ years. They also had a cute doggy who kept me company on and off during my infusion. I highly recommend this place. Parking is to the right of the building if you’re facing the entrance.

Super unprofessional, my sister and I did blood work there and they are refusing to provide us our lab results which is a HIPPA violation. Keep saying we have to make an appointment where they charge $1,000 and our credit card information before they send it to us! Again, legally required by law in CT and HIPPA Acts to provide our Protected Health Information. They are breaking the law and violating your basic access to your lab results and health records because they want money. I’ll be filing a complaint with the Dpt. of Human & Health Services for the HIPPA law violation.

All of the above. My name is Cecilia Fitzpatrick, but somehow my daughter's name is coming up. I've been with Chuck & Francesca for more than a year. I have all good things to say about them. I started with a phone call about their IV's, to Francesca. We hitted it off right away; we are in the same age bracket, and share common concerns. The IV gave me my life back. I was drained by a bad winter. I felt great right away. I was already on HRT, but I moved from NY to CT, so I needed a new HRT dr. When the time came Chuck gave me more information about myself that I ever had, with the first blood work. They are caring, and compassionate people. Thank you. Cecilia

I'm a bit confused by the negative reviews/experiences that came before mine. I received excellent treatment and care on June 19, 2020 from this location. I've been feeling burnt out from working and scheduled an appointment Thursday evening, after business hours. I received an e-mail response the same evening, and was able to schedule an appointment for 10 AM the next following morning. I showed up drained both physically and mentally and was worried I would not be able to properly communicate my concerns/status. Luckily, after mentioning the word "burn out" the staff knew exactly what I needed and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process. This is not an IV lounge. Let me tell you about my bad experience. I saw this on sale through groupon for $61 instead of $120, so I said why not. I called to make an appointment, and someone calls me back the next day at noon to ask me to come in at 12:30. How am I going to make an appointment in 30 minutes? I explained that I needed to be rehydrated, and she mentioned she could do the 500ml upgrade for 20$. I got to the clinic at about 1pm, and i proceeded to wait 15-20 additional minutes while she finished up with a client. No one else was there. She finally comes out and mentions she "doesn't have the time" to give me a 500ml bag, because "she has to go". The "lounge" is open until 5pm.
