Lip Lab Williamsburg

I had the best experience at Lip Lab! My specialist, Gabby, was incredibly organized, sweet, and so patient with me — even while I swatched a million times. She made the whole process fun, easy, and personalized. I left with the perfect shade and such a great memory.

Unlike my other Lip Lab experiences in SoHo, my experience at their Williamsburg location was extremely disappointing. What was supposed to be a memorable birthday present for my sister, turned into one of the most demeaning service experiences I have ever seen. My sister arrived with a sample of a color she was hoping to recreate and while Jaysel (the Lip Lab assistant) initially seemed kind, her attitude quickly switched as my sister asked for adjustments. Once my sister finally decided on a color, Jaysel said “great because you were out of swabs”. I cannot fathom paying 65+ dollars for a lipstick and not have the chance to swab more than 5 colors. I had the best time with my friend today at this lip lab location! I felt so well taken care of by the worker Brianna, she was so sweet and helpful to my friend and I. Brianna let us experiment with different shades while giving us her professional opinion on what colors mix better together. I felt so girly and in my element while choosing the perfect shade of balm for myself💗this is the perfect experience to have with friends on any occasion, I would definitely come back!🫶🏻

I booked a session with my sister and her partner wanted to join last minute. They were so accommodating so the 3 of us got to experience making a lip product. My sister and I went with the liner, lip stick & gloss bundle and her boyfriend made a lip balm. Anaya was our host and she was amazing and so informative. She listened to my sister and I on the shade we were aiming for and even threw in some suggestions to help us get the color we are looking for.
