I have had great massages here from Roy. He's really been helping my shoulders/neck area. There is discounted pricing if you buy a package, I bought a 3 pack and will buy more next time.

Brenda is fantastic. I think her hands are magnets to my pain points because she can find and treat the areas of concern without much direction. Always respectful, appropriate full body massage. 👌 👏

Jessica is wonderful! Such a joy to work with her. Although my first experience was using a Groupon, she didn't treat me any differently. Her technique was wonderful and I left feeling so relaxed and relieved.

The quality of massage work at Lion and Dragon Yoga Bodyworks is extremely high! The space it self is a little "old fashioned" and less "spa" like than the newer chains. BUT, YOU GET A GREAT MASSAGE HERE! They can work on whatever area you need to have worked on. The number of different styles of massage offered are second to none. A rare find indeed.
