Worst experience so far, they rush through everything to go use their phones not only that stand beside you MANDATING a tip after a horrible service! Never again! The pedicure lasted only 7 minutes they couldn’t be bothered to even use a nail clipper on your leg or actually scrub about the back of your feet. They took out the leg scrapper and just rub my feet with it for only 10 seconds and put it back in. Horrible service very horrible.

Iv been coming here for over 10 years and Iv never switched salons. Everyone here is amazing and does a fabulous job. Best nail salon on the island by far

Just went in for a soak off. She severely damages my nails and I kept complaining. She first charged me 20 dollars and then said 25 just for a soak off nothing else. Made my nails paper thin. She then demanded a tip. Again just for a soak off and lifted my nails.

I recently visited Lin Yumi’s Nail Salon for the first time, and I had mixed emotions about my experience. When I called ahead, the lady on the phone was incredibly sweet, which made me excited to give this place a try. However, once I arrived, the atmosphere completely changed—I felt like I was an inconvenience rather than a welcomed customer. I got both a manicure and a pedicure, which came out to $130. For that price, I expected a much better experience. The water for my pedicure was cold, and the towels were only lukewarm. The one redeeming factor was my technician, who gave a great foot massage. However, I paid for a hot stone treatment, and she only used the stones for two seconds—not worth the extra charge. My biggest concern was hygiene. It didn’t seem like they properly sanitize
