I came into the nail salon with lifting and broken nails. My hair got caught in one of the lifting nails, and instead of properly fixing it, the technician just put acrylic over it — so now there’s still hair stuck under my nail. That’s unsanitary and unacceptable. On top of that, the shaping is awful. I asked for very simple French tips with bows, and they look nothing like what I requested. The design is uneven and not professional at all. I’m honestly really upset and disappointed with the service. I spent $115 for my daughter and myself, and this is not the quality I expected. I feel like these were rushed and poorly done. I would appreciate this being fixed or refunded.

They aren’t clean, they don’t sterilize their tools in between customers, a child is constantly running around the shop and they speak to each other in their language more than they speak to the customer. Not sure why they haven’t figured out that doing that is rude. The other problem is that they have a price list on the wall but will charge your card whatever they want. I received a standard gel polish change. The price listed was $25.00 but the lady charged me $30. When I asked her why I was being charged $5.00 more, she tells me that she charged $5 to take the gel off. What??? How can you charge me to soak off the gel when I’m paying $25 to change from one gel polish color to another. You can’t do a change unless you take the original polish off. They were polite.They let me know i need an appointment and said it would be an hour ,so i waited . I was not happy . I walk on my tip toes so my big toe be jacked up the rest of my foot is fine . So you only gotta get that dry skin off my big toe 🤦🏽‍♀️Didn’t happen I paid because I loved the polish job but i will not be going back
