I found this salon by searching online for high rated places in Great Falls for massage. Their first issue is their online scheduling service. I couldn’t even see appointments available without creating a profile and entering my credit card information so, I did that. I selected the appointment that I wanted. When I showed up today, at the time I selected I was told that I had no appointment confirmed but they did see that I had a profile. The person at the front desk suggested that perhaps my deposit (credit card) didn’t go through and maybe I should call next time because their system is hard to navigate. I drove two hours from home for this appointment. They could’ve called once they saw a new customer created an online profile especially if they know about issues with their online serv

I can't say enough good things about Ashley! She did an amazing job cutting and styling my 11-year-old daughter's hair just in time for back to school. From the moment we walked in, Ashley was warm and welcoming, making my daughter feel comfortable and excited about her new look. The haircut turned out beautifully—it's stylish, practical, and perfectly suited for her age. Ashley truly listened to what we wanted and delivered beyond our expectations. Eliza colored my hair today and she was AMAZING! LOVE my hair, she was also very patient. She didn't just listen to what i wanted in the beginning but through the entire process.
