I went here like about 4 times, my mother and sisters told me about this place since they had a decent experience, I wont be coming here again after this past experience last week, some of the women in the front were nice but over time it got worse. To start the woman doing the service didnt even tell me to undressed from my chest area, I did my service with my shirt on instead of a towel they provide like usual. Apart from that instead of putting my hair in a net she told me to put it on myself. I get this isn't a big deal but im paying YOU for a service and its the bare minimum. I went to her twice within those 4 facials and its the same thing with her. The next thing im pointing out is the lack of respect. I dont know who has authority over sending text messages but I told them 2 days o

I had such a great experience at this spa! The place was super clean, relaxing, and welcoming. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by the sweetest receptionist staff, they were so friendly, charming and welcoming. They made the check-in process easy and made me feel comfortable right away. The lady who did my laser session, was absolutely amazing. She was so sweet, professional, and really made me feel at ease. She explained everything step by step and made sure I was comfortable throughout the whole session. You can tell she really cares about her clients and loves what she does. The treatment itself was smooth, and way more comfortable than I expected. I’m already seeing great results! I definitely recommend this place — and if you can, ask for Zule or Catalina. They are great!!

I am currently doing laser hair removal at this spa and the staff and techs are so kind and informative. I have eczema and I haven’t had any irritation. Truly the best experience!
