Susan took the time to understand exactly what I wanted for my hair and offered some fantastic suggestions that really enhanced my vision. The installation process for my row of hair was seamless and expertly done; you can tell she truly knows the craft. The attention to detail was impeccable, ensuring that each strand was placed perfectly and blended beautifully with my natural hair. Not only is Susan incredibly skilled, but she also has a wonderful personality that made the entire experience incredibly enjoyable. I left feeling like a brand new person!

Received the cutest shag haircut and style from Susan today! It was meant to be that she had a cancelation and I could get in her chair last minute. She took her time counseling me about the cut and texture of my hair (which is changing with a tiny bit of grey these days) and showing me how to style it at home. I spoke with the Massage Therapist as well and she seemed so knowledgeable- I'll be keeping her in mind for the future. Truly a great appointment all around- thrilled to be on Susan's books for my next appointment!

I have long hair and asked for long layers without taking any length off, she did exactly that and it turned out beautiful exactly how I wanted!! She even brushed out and styled my hair with rollers, Will be going every time I need a haircut.

Susan is amazing!! She knew exactly what to do with my hair, my son's hair, and my daughter's hair. We all are very happy with our hair. My son said he felt like a new kid. She also gave really good advice for how to improve my daughter's hair that was really dry and brittle. Now, her hair is silky smooth. She was great for conversation and is a terrific person. You can tell she really takes pride in her work and loves what she does. She earned a customer for life ❤️.

It's always scary finding a new hair stylist. I always read reviews first. I'm so happy that I took the chance. Susan has such an awesome and energetic personality! On top of that she does such an amazing job on my hair and takes her time with me. I have already gone with her a few times. Totally recommended! You won't be disappointed.
