I've been wanting to write a review for a while because after reading some of the reviews I feel like I have to defend this place. This place is a national treasure to be honest. All of the negative comments in reviews have to do with the blankets they use or the fact that they talk etc etc. If you're looking to get a massage to relax and be pampered this may not be the place for you. But if you have chronic pain and go for the massage itself you can't beat this place. You pay for what you get. I can get 3 massages (including a decent tip) for the price of 1 massage (not including tip) at one of the chains or fancy places. My masseuse Lucy is amazing. She has helped me so much with my pain and the price allows me to get multiple massages a week to help maintain. She learns where my trouble

The place is a bit outdated, I got the same lady twice, I believe her name was Mia? Anyways, for a tiny lady she had some strength, I received great massages both times, my mid and lower back felt so much better. $50 for an hour and they work late, win win

This was the only one I saw that was open nearby on a Sunday. I went there for the first time. The session started about 10 mins late. And the lady who was massaging me was using her phone while working. I felt the phone’s vibration by my feet area several times. And it felt more like a tapping rather than a massage. I wanted the pressure point massage to reduce the pain I felt on my shoulders and back but I didn’t feel that. I then said a little bit harder but then she was putting more pressure on my sacral bones rather than muscles on my back and shoulders. The other lady then says something (I guess about a new customer that just came in) and the lady who was massaging me all of a sudden says okay time is up. I didn’t even get a head massage. I just had an amazing deep tissue massage at Lilly's Spa, and it really worked wonders for my chronic back pain! I felt so much better after the session. Sure, I was a bit sore for a day or two, but I think that’s totally normal. Plus, the pricing is really affordable!

I’ve been coming to this establishment for about 3 years. The massages are great, however the new women who work there are gross. One lady farts while she is massaging you, laughs and then says excuse me. Instead of excusing herself and going to the bathroom. (Happened several times) I went yesterday and as the lady was massaging me I felt something wet hit my lower back (thinking it was the oil), I felt it again hit behind my ear then about 5 seconds later I felt it hit my right side. I lifted my head and said to the lady what is that wet stuff hitting me? She laughs and says sorry pointing to her face. Then she got a tissue and wiped her nose. Instead of wearing a mask knowing you have nasal drip, she decided to drip in her guest. Disgusting!!
