I went in recently for a shoulder & neck massage. I am used to deep tissue massage & can tolerate the discomfort this can create. The masseuse was very rough - I had to ask numerous times for him the be gentler. Like others, though, the main reason for my displeasure was due to how rude they are. When I went to pay I pulled out a credit card. The person at the cashier requested cash. I handed him $40 for a $30 massage which he promptly pocketed. When I asked for my change he reluctantly (& with attitude) handed me a $10 bill. I asked him for 2 fives - at which point he handed me 4 singles & walked away. I waited - thinking he had to get the rest of my money. When he came back he was surprised to see me still waiting. I explained that I expected the other dollar (now a matter of principl

We were excited to try this place. My husband and I walked in for a foot massage. They agreed to see us but said they could only start on me and a little later on my husband. The foot massage was terrible. The man made no effort and it felt like I just had lotion applied to my feet for 30 minutes. My foot pain was unrelieved. The worst part was at the end the man demanded his tip be more than 20%. He literally held my money in his hand until I agreed to what he wanted. My husband told him to keep it because he just lost a lot of future business in this town. Lastly they never did my husbands foot massage, they left him sitting there waiting the entire time even after most clients were done and place was empty. It was an absolute disgusting experience. I made an appointment for calves and foot massage. Really great massage. Salon was quiet. Super comfortable chairs. Clean. For an hour massage at such a great price, they deserve a really good tip! I went two days in a row!

The massage was actually good but the attitude left me feeling really uncomfortable and stressed out--not how you want to feel after a massage. I didn't mind the talking amongst the employees and the communal space. I thanked the therapist for a job well done, paid by credit card, and gave him an 18%cash tip. He just sat there counting the bills with an air of disgust and making comments (which I couldn't understand) to his colleagues. He didn't even say goodbye. Maybe I should have given him 20%, but that doesn't warrant being rude to your customers. I walked out upset. I have been to many massage places over the years and never felt so humiliated. I will not return--ever....I could have become a loyal customer bringing in greater tips but that's not their business m.o.

It is actually a 4 1/2 star rating.. As long as you call and make an appointment, you''re assured of a very good massage, at least a foot massage. I have flat feet and some weeks after a difficult work week, a good one hour foot massage is just what you need to work out the kinks. Everyone there is very good and knows what they're doing. I would suggest bringing headphones to limit background noise and either listen to music, podcast or an audio book. The massage and listening material will take you away to your favorite holiday vacation, at least for thirty to sixty minutes. The place is clean as are the recliners. The worst part is getting up and leaving. Rates are very fair, and if you tip well, they DEFINITELY remember you for next time!
