I came in for a gel pedicure, the staff are very nice but I am extremely displeased with my results. I have long toe nails because it’s the way I prefer them. I asked for squared nails and to keep my length. They said okay. I was with my daughter and didn’t pay too much attention.. so I can take accountability that I truly should have paid attention. But my toe nails take FOREVER to grow back. I am so embarrassed I have never had this bad of an experience at a nail salon before I cannot believe I paid money to have my toes look absolutely horrendous. I attached photos. I should have spoken up but I was in too much shock. There’s literally nothing they can do to repair this monstrous result. BOTH my big toes were clipped off from the side (as imaged) and they now literally hurt when I walk

Lily did an excellent job, she always take her time, very friendly and professional. She is by far my favorite nail tech. The salon is very clean, staffs are friendly. highly recommended. Will definitely come back next time!

I love going here! Please note: this is not your aesthetically pleasing IG-worthy salon, but the service and quality is top tier, and pricing is reasonable! Clean, spacious and a variety of colors in gel, regular and powders. I called desperately for walk-in availability a year ago and have been a loyal customer ever since. I am VERY picky about my nails from shaping to how I’m handled and John never fails me! He knows the colors and shape I like to a T. My gel always lasts 2-3 weeks (my job requires a lot of activity and chemicals). Pedicures are A1. They offer enhanced spa pedicures, but even the basic pedi is elite. Vivian is the best! They were very careful and detail oriented. They definitely took their time but the manicure and pedicure were amazing! a highly recommend.
