Lily Nails

Overall I’ve had very positive experiences at Lily Nails. I’ve gotten gel polish, spa pedicures, gelX nails with designs. They turn out great and last a long time. On occasions where I’ve had a nail damaged they’re easy to find time to fix it. My full gelX set plus designs was $80 which feels like a fair price for the quality of the experience and the fact the salon is clean and comfortable. The owner and technicians I’ve seen are friendly and helpful.

BEWARE BEFORE WASTING YOUR MONEY!!! This is the worst place to get your nails done. I got my nails done the night before and woke up with my nails on my bed sheet. It's Gelx; this is not supposed to happen. She didn’t want to refund me my money. Granted, the glue she used on my nails was not good. No ownership of her work. She completely shut me down. That cost me $85. I didn't want to fix them; I wanted to go elsewhere since I no longer trusted her work. Where is customer service and pride in your work? She will never see me or my money again.

I've gotten my acrylics done at Lily's after being recommended by a friend and I have loved them every single time. I always have the same lady and she always does an amazing job :)))

Called before hand and asked how much a gel fill was with one broken nail . She said $43 . I get there and ask for French . My nail beds were gross after leaving and French looked terrible . I figured French was an extra $5-7 bucks like everywhere else … nope was told at the end it was $63 dollars . New around here have been trying out the salons by far most expensive and low quality .

Very nice women that work there. I felt very comfortable and had many options to choose from for my dipped nails. They look beautiful from afar but if you look up close, they barely tried to get my entire nail. Every single nail does not reach the full side and it looks very messy. She barely tried when taking off my previous nail polish and you can still see my old color. I gave this place a chance because the reviews are so mixed. I didn't hate my experience but I definitely will not be going back.
