DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE! RUDE & DISRESPECTFUL EMPLOYEES. If I could give this place 0 stars, I definitely would be doing so. My mom and I wanted to try a new nail salon, so we decided to try this one. Big mistake. The employees were NOT friendly at all. They made my mom and I feel like outsiders and that we didn’t belong in their salon. My nail techs name was Emily, and my mom’s was Amanda. Emily was SO aggressive with my manicure, she almost got hit cause it was starting to piss me off how aggressive she was being. Emily also made my nails look HORRIBLE. My one thumb nail is crooked and janky, and none of the excess acrylic got taken off underneath my nails, they look horrific. Lily nails does such a nice job on my nails. I was just there today and got the cutest dipped nails for Valentine’s. I also shared a pic of my holiday nails.

After living in Ankeny for 6 years, I finally found a reliable pedicure spot. Every time I go they are quick with walk ins, or their reservations are always open near a time you prefer. This salon takes their time, never rushes, and my pedicure lasts about 4-5 weeks! If you are sick of trying and retrying places, Lily Nails I have been to 5 times now and had the same experience with their Salt Scrub pedicure every time. Could not recommend more.

Such a beautiful and clean salon! The staff is welcoming and the service is top-notch. My nails turned out amazing, better than I expected. I’ll be telling all my friends to come here!

The lady that I had was so rude. I asked her not to do certain colors and she was mad when she painted them on my nails and told me I needed to tell her not to do them. (Which I did) I also asked her to touch places up that were missing color and she said she would and never did. I understand all people are people, but would not reccomend this place. Also, if you're queer in any way this is NOT the place. I felt like it was because I was a man getting designs that she was so rude. My friend also got acrylics and hers were not consistent in size. She also was not pleased with her experience or the way that the lady was talking to me.
