I tried Lilian for a Russian manicure after being really disappointed with the service received at another salon, and I’m so glad I did. This place is a hidden gem right in Arlington Heights! The nail technician was gentle with my hands, listened to exactly what I wanted, and delivered a beautiful, flawless manicure. The quality is outstanding—my manicure easily lasted three weeks with no chipping or lifting before I went back for a refresh (and could probably have gone longer). The salon itself is clean, calm, and very pleasant, making the whole experience even better. If you’re looking for a new nail salon with excellent service and long-lasting results, don’t hesitate to give Lilian a try. I’ll definitely be coming back!

This place is relaxing, super clean, and new. Got a gel manicure today and I am very happy with it. Lily is super kind and did a great job. Can’t wait to come back again for the other services they offer. Also it’s always a plus for me when a business offers scheduling online!

Worst costumer service I have ever experienced. Booked yesterday morning for two pedicures and walked in, said hello to the women working and neither one them said hello back. After sitting for 30 min after my appointment time, I asked if they knew I had an appointment. Barely being acknowledged was told it would be another 20 minutes before we would be taken. Would not recommend, there are much better nail salons in the area. Seems like a new business, would think they would have more manners or better customer service experience.
