Lilian eyelash extension

The receptionist is very friendly and welcoming. However, my overall experience was pretty negative. The first twenty minutes I felt as if the technician was poking my eyes and also ripping off the eyelashes so I was physically uncomfortable and it made me anxious. Then some of the staff came and would make comments pretty loudly and it felt like I was a spectacle. She had replaced the tape to keep my eyelashes in place. It added to my anxiety and feeling of overall discomfort. After replacing the tape the feeling of poking in my eye and also taking my eyelashes off was gone but the staff kept coming and making comments and reacting that I wondered if something went wrong. It was overall a pretty negative and uncomfortable experience especially when someone is putting glue and fake eyelas

Beautiful environment. Very welcoming and helpful people. My eyelashes lasted for more than 3 weeks. The people are very gentle and very sweet. Their work is very professional. Highly recommended.

This is the first time I had my lashes done here. My tech Celine is so sweet and professional. The space is clean and beautiful. The receptionist Karen is super friendly and helpful as she spent time for consultation to make sure I was happy with my desired lashes. Overall, it was indeed a very good experience and I would recommend my friends to come here!

I wasn't planning to do eyelash extension at that day, but I had to drive my friend who had appointment and other customer happed to cancel the appointment. So, they convinced me to do it since I was already there and will be finish about the same time as my friend. I did eyelash extension years ago, so I forgot how the feel like. The lady who do me the eyelashes is very gentle, and I was relaxing all the way there. As I do it the first time they give me 20% off and it is a good deal.

I love their work! Communication is very easy and they will cater to what you prefer for your lashes. I had asked for a volume cat eye c-curl 8-13mm. The tech made sure I was comfortable with every step and even showing me how the length looked like at first in case I ask for something else rather than what I originally liked. My lashes looked great at the end! I really recommend this place. 100/10 ❤️
