A massage and facial was my birthday gift and I loved every minute of it. The atmosphere was very luxurious and relaxing. I had a great massage and then had lunch. The facial was amazing. Treat yourself or a loved one to a visit to Lilia Day Spa.

Lilia Day Spa botched what should have been a special birthday treat with gross incompetence and a complete lack of customer care. Inexplicable Scheduling Failure: Despite booking and paying a 50% deposit for two massages weeks in advance, the spa claimed only my husband’s appointment existed, even when I showed them written proof. They blamed this fiasco on “new employees and poor communication.” That's not an excuse—it's a sign that the business is disorganized and unreliable. No Remedy, No Accountability: The staff did nothing to fix the problem. Emily was amazing! I will definitely be booking again with her. She explained what products she would be using and took her time. The atmosphere of Lilia Day was amazing. It was so relaxing and the waterfall as you enter helped set the mood for a relaxing vibe. I left feeling refreshed and with glory skin!
