I first walked into this salon 2 years ago with short, damaged hair and explained how upset I was that it was falling out. Priscilla listened to my concerns and was so caring throughout the process. Now, my hair is longer and healthier than ever! She also does a great job with my curly hair. It lasts for weeks!! On top of that, she uses amazing products to wash and prep my hair before blow drying. I will never go anywhere else!

My stylist did an amazing job. He checked for water temp and helped with protecting ear from the heat. Took his time and did not rush while doing my hair and that I am very appreciative for. It’s been a long time since I had my hair trimmed and washed, so I went and requested a hot oil treatment. Came out silky smooth, and very straight. Thanks again!

Excellent salon. Been going here for over 15 years. My hair has grown tremendously. I highly recommend them. UPDATE: I’m still going to Lila’s for my regular washes. It’s now been over 20 years and the service is impeccable. My hair continues to grow and is healthier than it’s ever been. Lila’s continues to be the only salon I will let near my hair and remains highly recommended.

Walk in for a wash, blow dry, and trim just after removing a protective style. I have natural 4c course hair and left the salon looking like I got a silk press. Price was reasonable. Hair looks healthy. Highly recommended for my naturals if you don’t want to spend a fortune on a silk press. Salon is also beautiful inside.

This salon has a very difunctional work setting, with unprofessional workers. I made an appointment ahead of time and when I got there the owner did not greet me in anyway, then started doing my hair very roughly, meanwhile constantly leaving and doing other things. After she cuts my hair she tells me that she doesn’t know how to do a perm, I told her ahead of time that I have a deadline and a show in the morning that I need my hair done for. They are not dependable or responsible.
