For those of us who work overtime, this is the perfect place to escape the grind! The shop has an elegant and quiet ambiance, with natural wood decor and greenery, like stepping into a secluded corner. The masseuse's technique is amazingly skilled; the rhythm from light to deep massage is just right, precisely avoiding bone structure and focusing on key muscles, instantly relieving back pain from sitting for so long. The service is also impeccable. They proactively helped store our bags, provided clean bathrobes, and even reminded us of our breathing rhythm during the massage. Afterwards, they patiently shared everyday stretching techniques. The entire experience was fantastic, a must-try five-star recommendation!

Showed up for a couples massage that I had booked 6 days prior. They didn't have us on the books, we drove an hour to get there. I wasn't going to leave this review, but seeing the response I received for the one star rating...... They "tried" to accommodate, the woman doing the first massage literally almost dumped my husband off the table and she also proceeded to talk the entire session. The next woman that came in and did my massage was incredibly rough, I'm not talking about the pressure, I'm talking that she moved so incredibly fast that it was not relaxing whatsoever. We got a "$10 discount" for the mess up on booking. I would not and will not go back. Absolutely Amazing! I had the most incredible experience here. From the moment I walked in I felt welcomed and relaxed. The atmosphere is calm clean and beautifully designed and it immediately puts you at ease. My massage therapist was highly skilled attentive and really listened to what I needed. They worked out all my tension without ever making me feel rushed and I left feeling like a brand new person. The little touches such as soothing music warm towels and thoughtful conversation made it feel truly special. This is by far the best massage I have had in years and I cannot recommend them enough. I will definitely be coming back regularly.

Relaxing Experience – Highly Recommend! I had an amazing 60-minute deep tissue massage at LILAC SPA and left feeling completely relaxed and refreshed. The atmosphere was calming from the moment I walked in—soft music, clean facilities, and a welcoming scent that immediately put me at ease. My therapist was professional, attentive, and really listened to my concerns. She applied just the right amount of pressure and focused on the areas I mentioned, especially my shoulders and lower back. I appreciated how she checked in throughout the session to make sure I was comfortable. I’ll definitely be returning and recommending this place to friends!
