The service was fantastic and Aileen did an absolute wonderful job on my nails. She was very kind and attentive. This was my first time back into a nail salon and atmosphere was very welcoming.

I am giving stars because of service I had the first time I visited. This second time, however, would warrant 0 stars. The nail tech I was assigned was not warm or friendly. She didn’t speak to me much, which is fine, but there were several instances of poor service. While doing my toes, the drying light kept falling directly onto my toes. So I went to hold it and she let me hold it there, bent over, while she finished my other foot, instead of helping to adjust it. One toe nail is cut much shorter than the same toe on the other foot, it’s embarrassing. Then on my hands, she was so rough with my cuticles. I winced when she did some of them and she kept going with the same roughness. I saw two of my fingers were bleeding, and so did she, and she didn’t seem to care. They’re still burning th

Austin is amazing! He guided me through every step of my service. I'm very particular about my nails, but he was patient and gave me exactly what I asked for. He was gentle, thorough, and took his time. After my recent move to Miami from Alabama, I'm happy to say I've found my new nail salon! I highly recommend Lilac Nail Spa and Austin!

I’ve been coming to Lilac Nails Spa for a while now, and honestly, this is hands down my go-to nail spot. I’ve tried a few other places around the area before, but I always end up coming back here. The quality and consistency just can’t be beat. First off, the place is super clean and bright. As soon as you walk in, it feels welcoming and well put together. No weird smells, no clutter, no chaos. The space feels open and comfortable, not cramped like some nail salons can be. The lighting is great too, which actually makes a big difference when you’re getting your nails done. Every time I come in, the service is consistent. That’s huge for me. Zoe and the staff at this nail salon are THE best. I’ve been getting my nails done with Zoe for about 5 - 6 years and I will never go to anyone else in south FL. At this salon they care about the health of your nails underneath and leave you walking out the salon every time with a beautiful set. Lilac has exceptional staff who pay attention to detail and the place is spotless clean. I absolutely recommend this salon and especially Zoe for all your nail needs. Incredibly kind and caring, and she does an amazing job on my nails EVERY time I go. It is hard to find a nail salon with someone who can do detailed designs and who will also take the time out to make sure it is done properly.
