We visited Friday Harbor for my girlfriend’s birthday and like many people, she was going through a lot. Just life hits sometimes. I did some research and surprised her with a multi-dimensional healing session with Helen. Admittedly, I didn’t know what to fully expect and was hoping my girlfriend would feel a little better on a weekend vacation. I totally underestimated Helen’s impact. My GF, Shay, came out her session with goosebumps, a little nervous looking, and a little tired, however within a few hours, she was significantly emotionally lighter, glowing, and seemingly regained her joy. Have attended several of Helen's sound baths and can't express enough how moving and nourishing they have been for me. She brings an authentic, compassionate, welcoming and spiritually connected vibration to her offerings and interactions. I have yet to experience a 1:1 healing treatment with Helen but look forward to this experience as I expect it to be wonderful in so many ways. I highly recommend attending a sound bath if you get a chance!

I was referred to Helen by a friend and I’m so glad to have discovered her! Initially, I was just planning on getting a massage but had been feeling off center and ultimately decided to book a one hour session called Fine Tune in which Helen uses different treatment methods depending on what is needed. I came away feeling so much better. I definitely will go back & plan to tell my friends as well. It’s a good investment in self-care. Helen is a very versatile and gifted healer!

I had a full body cupping session with Helen and it was really interesting. Helen has a very kind and calm demeanor and the process was fascinating. I'd thought the cupping might just relieve some muscle tension but it felt like it also lightened some psychic tension too. She also did a bit of massage as part of the process and that was really great. I would definitely go again for more massage and recommend her as a really grounded practitioner.
