Light Years Acupuncture and Massage Therapy

I started seeing Lucinda at Light Years Acupuncture about a year and a half ago, primarily for chronic knee pain, anxiety, and insomnia. My doctor was recommending surgery on my knee, and I was also on antidepressants while dealing with poor sleep that left me exhausted. After starting treatments with Lucinda, everything has improved dramatically. I now have zero need for any pain medication—my knee pain is completely managed without pills. My husband got me a gift certificate for a postnatal massage and I went to Lucinda about 2 months postpartum. My experience was great! The massage was relaxing and she used the perfect amount of pressure. She was very thorough in making sure my needs were addressed and also did a fabulous job of using pillows to position me so I would be comfortable as I was too sensitive to lie on my stomach. I walked into light years 2 years ago with a pinched nerve in my neck unable to speak the pain was so bad.
