Jamie is intuitive and truly talented. She takes the time to listen and focus on my mobility issues. Taking muscles that are so tight my mobility is constricted and using her skills to melt them like marshmallows. She is slow and patient and the results for me have been very impactful. One visit and I was able to use my shoulder that had been locked up. Working with Jamie multiple times through many years she has helped me gain fluid motion in my hip after an accident. My only regret was waiting to use her services until my pain became chronic. She very flexible with scheduling which is very much appreciated.

Jaime has earned my highest respect and recommendation for the Myofascial Release Treatments I've received. Unlike physical therapy and chiropractic adjustments that helped for a short time, this type of structural work has provided lasting benefits. I did four treatments of myofascial release with Jamie, I came in barely able to move with my back and ribs locked up and spasming. The first visit made the largest difference just because the pain was so intense. In the moment it doesn’t feel like much but the difference between before treatment and after was shocking to me. I’d had chronic low back issues for years that were never bad enough to seek treatment and those are gone now too. It may not feel like much in the moment but it’s made such a huge difference for me I have recommended it to anyone I talk to about back/chronic pain.

Jamie is an awesome therapist! While she does traditional massage (which is great), she also does sports massage, massage for those who have had injuries, and more. Her true specialty is myofascial release (MFR). She provides a calm, gentle approach to MFR with amazing results. Because she is a nurse, she also has a a knowledge and skill base which compliment her work as a massage therapist. I leave a session with Jamie feeling relaxed, with looser muscles and with greater alignment. She also provides suggestions for ongoing stretches and exercises to use in between visits. You don't want to miss having a massage with Jamie!

I saw Jamie for a series of four myofascial release sessions. She did a thorough review of my pain, symptoms, aggravations, and possible causes. I admit that I wasn’t sure what to expect, but the end result was being free of the low back pain that had plagued me on and off for a few months. Her myofascial release was done with a very light touch, and it is not a massage. I am not sure how she does it, but I don’t need to know anything aside from the fact that my back feels fantastic. I highly recommend Jamie for myofascial release.
