Lifted Massage Therapy

I had an amazing experience today! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was relaxing and welcoming. My massage therapist was incredibly professional, attentive, and made sure to focus on the areas that needed the most work. I left feeling completely refreshed, pain-free, and so much more relaxed than when I arrived. You can tell they genuinely care about their clients’ comfort and experience. I will definitely be booking again and highly recommend!

Me experience at Lifted Massage was great. Austin began the session with a discussion not only about my symptoms, but also about the underlying reasons behind the symptoms. He was able to give me a better understanding of the issues I was experiencing and some tips for exercises and stretches I could do at home that would help. His massage technique was both relaxing and therapeutic. When I got off the table, I immediately noticed some differences in my stance and posture. His space was relaxing and very comfortable. I would certainly recommend!

Austin Fitzpatrick is an excellent massage therapist. I get massages once a month, so I am familiar with who is excellent and who is not. Austin is personable, easy to talk to, and really listens to your symptoms in order to provide the best treatment for your particular issue. I went for the 10% off special and have already booked through December. Yes, he is that good! His treatment room is comfortable, it has low lighting and twinkle lights streaming down one wall. He provides you with a hot towel at the end of your session, to remove any oil that remains on your body. This was a nice touch to a fantastic massage session. I was super pregnant, wildly uncomfortable, and anxiety through the roof. I was able to schedule a prenatal massage with Austin. He was accommodating, professional and his massage was wonderful! It was amazing to be able to relax a little before my baby arrived! Thank you!

Austin did a wonderful job on my first visit to learn what concerns I had, what areas to focus on, and went into good depths about what he would be doing and how he works. I left feeling relieved in the areas that had pain and it was a very comforting and therapeutic session. He also gave me some exercises to do in the areas that are giving me the most issue. After this first visit, I recommend Austin. I had the 90 minute deep tissue massage.
