Olivia did a great job listening to what I wanted and ensured I didn’t leave with brassy highlights which often happens with dark hair. I had some damage from a previous stylist that she has taken care to trim and address along the way. It is now growing out nicely and feels healthy again. She also gives a great scalp massage!

I had the worst hair job in my life. This is the second salon to botch my hair. I love an ombre, balayage look. I have dark hair and have done this many times. I gave her an image and described what i wanted. I even emphasized my last botched job with too many and too high of highlights. I wanted the blonde higher up on my head and to keep most of the top brown. Then we got into the complicated discussion about highlights. I didnt want highlights, but something that blended in the brown into the blonde. There was talk of dimension and i didnt really know how to describe what i wanted, therefore went back to my reference. She tried to give me examples, but the examples were of blondes going a little bit blonder, so it was hard for me to tell what she was saying. Also i SPECIFICALLY said i

Megan is an honest stylist with an incredible knowledge of hair color. She was transparent from the get go in what was possible and she helps me bring my hair to life within that range. The atmosphere of the salon is so relaxing; I’m glad to finally find a stylist who gets it at a salon with such a wonderful environment, I’ll never leave!

I have struggled all my life trying to find stylists who know how to cut thick, course hair like mine. Melody immediately knew exactly what to do and did an amazing job!! 😍 Highly recommend!!
