Lifetime Nails

I needed to get a cracked nail fixed before my grad photos the next day. I originally went to the salon next door as that’s where I had gotten them done but they had closed early to pick up her children from school. She sent me next door instead as she wasn’t coming back. I went, trusting her direction. Unfortunately, Lifetime Nails didn’t have the color I needed (no fault of their own) so I asked if the nail tech had time to redo my nails in a new color. I regret that choice immensely. The manicure with gel was painful and SO LONG.  Mind you, my nails had already been done not even 5 days before (nails already shaped, cuticles cleaned, etc). The pedicure I received was fine. My experience there was not great. Now I understand why these small salons don’t have accept credit cards and only cash, but there should be signs! And when someone does not have cash, the owner of the shop shouldn’t roll her eyes, look you up and down, and start talking about you with another customer while you’re standing there texting your partner to see if they’re home and can bring your debit card and/or cash. Also, they should not begin to almost fake cry when you say you will have to go home and come back with the money. Then when you refuse to leave your phone with them as collateral, they begin to angrily accuse you of not wanting to pay even though you never said that… Again, I understand that I probably should have brought cash as it was not m

Anne is amazing and her attention to detail is the best I’ve seen in a long time in getting my nails done around this part of town. I’d say this is probably the best nail place around this part of town! My nails are always on point after every visit. They really take their time here and it’s so rare to find a place that do it as thorough as they do it here.

Do not go here I asked for a foot scrub and they did the bare minimum didn’t even put lotion on my feet or oil left me on the chair and didn’t even say that I was done. Tina was great but the other lady was extremely rude when it came time to pay, she said “only Venmo” but did not provide information/scan for me to confirm and send the payment. I felt like I was being yelled at… then she called someone and they were able to provide me with a zelle number to pay through. 1.) be upfront about payment types accepted. 2.) be clear about information if demanding only one type of payment….
