I started exercising after age 40. My backpain got worse after exercising, which made me realize that I needed professional help. I have been exercising with Kristen (the personal trainer) for a while and I gained muscles, my balance and posture improved. I feel younger! Kristen is amazing! I recommend her to anyone.

The Good: Kristen, the massage therapist is as good as the reviews make her out to be. No awkward conversation and she really dug into and loosened up my tight shoulder muscles that cause pain. She also gave me a few pointers on keeping them loose. The Bad: I'm really picky but my experience with Kristen was pleasant from start to finish. The background music was nice, it was an easy to find location, pricing was consistent with the area, no awkward convo, etc. Overall: I'm so happy I found Kristen and will be going back to have her work on my lower back, another problem area. I see wanting to do this on a bi-monthly basis if the budget will allow.

Kristen has provided invaluable knowledge about how to improve my cycling, running, rock climbing, and be more well rounded. A quick conversation about how I was engaging my body during cycling led to a moment that completely changed how I approach the activity.

Kristen is so amazing and knowledgeable!! I always just find myself saying that she is "magic". Both my husband and I have seen huge results. My husband in particular has seen a huge improvement in his climbing, going from climbing V5 and V6 to sending his first V7!! ^_^ Training with Kristen is working your mind and your body to become the best you!

Kristen and Ali are both great massage therapists who understand sports injuries. Truly deep tissue massage and not afraid to really apply pressure, unlike other therapists I have seen in the area. They also had good knowledge of root causes to my pain and gave good advice for prevention. Being next door to Sportrock is a bonus.
