I started seeing Erica after booking “any stylist” when my previous hairdresser left, and I haven’t looked back since! She does an amazing job with highlights — always a seamless blend whether it’s a partial or full. What I really appreciate is how she keeps my hair health and growth goals in mind. I came to Erica at Life spa after a traumatic experience of my hair falling out from negligent over-bleaching by a previous stylist. She rescued my hair, restored my faith in stylists and helped build my confidence in using bleach again, responsibly. AND i get constant compliments that this is my best hair color yet. Erica is the best! I cannot go to anyone else. She listens to what I want, and gets it done every time! She also gives me recommendations for hair care products to make my long hair more manageable!

To me, going to the Lifetime Spa in King of Prussia is like having my favorite dessert and not having to worry about calories, carbs, sugars, etc., a sweet treat! Staff like Mary, a guru hairstylist that belongs in Fashion Week. Chris, the best massage therapist in the industry: a master expert and until he retires, he’s stuck with me as a client. The spa front desk staff, you’re the reason why the Spa glitters! To all of the spa staff, LT is lucky to have you, so much incredible talent, warmth, kindness, and love. ** Edited review After a stylist died my hair red by mistake and the next stylist who helped fix her mistake died it too dark brown, I was offered a series of complimentary deep conditioning treatments and a color correction service by the spa manager. I just had my first appointment with Erica who will be helping correct what had gone wrong at Lifespa. I had a great experience with her and fully trust that she will be able to restore the health and the correct color of my hair, removing any remaining red. I appreciate the effort and gestures to make things right.
