I honestly wasn’t expecting much from a spa attached to a gym, but Life Spa completely surprised me. I’ve had both the best facial and the best pedicure (by Sana) here!

a bad haircut in my life. I asked for subtle highlights that blend with my natural hair and they gave me streaks of bleach. Left feeling worse than when I came. The guy dropped his tools genuinely like 6 times, and I wanted my bangs to be even like every other haircut I’ve had and he told me halfway through that I had a cowlick and wouldn’t be able to- then after asking him again to please even my bangs he did. When I went to checkout I told her I wanted to add a 10% tip and she was pressuring me saying the minimum on the machine was 15%. This is the same place that got bleach on my clothes in the past but I never said anything until now because they reimbursed me for my damaged clothes. edit: I feel bad if my is a bit mean because they were friendly to me, but i think what i said was accu

Ive been seeing Lori at lifespa for several years. She is the best and most knowledgable hair stylist I've had. Creative, skilled, mastery at her craft. Coming to lifespa is always exciting. I know ill love the way i look after;-)

Was excited because I got a gift certificate for my birthday. Was a little disappointed because the prices were higher than listed on the services "menu" but whatever. Did a 30 minute massage which was absolute heaven then went to get my hair colored. The colorist did a fine enough job (left color past my hairline on my forehead), but I have naturally curly hair and he had NO idea what to do with that. He admitted he didn't have a diffuser and should have just blown it straight but instead proceeded to blow it and run his fingers through breaking up all of the curls and turning it into a tangled mess. After it was almost all the way dry he then attempted to scrunch product in which just left a tangled greasy-looking stringy mess. Thankfully i didn't have anywhere i needed to be afterwards
