LifeSpa is a fantastic facility that covers all of your pampering needs! I have had great haircuts, facials and massages here. All of the staff are so helpful, kind and knowledgeable. The space is clean, welcoming and relaxing - especially the massage rooms! My massage therapist Sean is amazing!! He is so knowledgeable and great with open communication with your pressure points and tightness in your body that every time I am done with his sessions, I feel like I am floating away. He has seriously helped me with my postpartum fatigue/body that I will keep coming back to him over and over again! I can’t recommend LifeSpa enough :)

The whole LifeSpa team is spectacular! They have so many wonderful services to choose from. I have gone to have massage services from Lindsey, she is talented and does amazing work! She knows how to get all the knots out, yet at the same time feels so great afterwards! One day Lindsey gave me a neck massage. I must confess she practically made me cry. This girl knows where all the tension lies and gets it out! She is gifted no doubt! After that neck massage, I felt like I could sing and felt my neck stretched. I felt taller and so good!
