I love the Life spa at Lifetime Fitness in Columbia MD. I got a massage by Manijeh yesterday and all my aches and pains were gone. She used just the right amount of pressure and added hot and salt stones to relieve my back tension. Very relaxing and professional. I highly recommend Manijeh for massages.

Courtney has been extremely helpful with my back injury. She is professional. I enjoyed each session for the last months. Also, she is a very friendly. I look forward to each visit. I rate her 10 out of 10!

I am really grateful for the spa services at Lifetime. I have been a long term client and view massage as an important part of my wellness. My most recent visit was due to some major pain, Manijeh listened to my concerns and created a plan for the 90 minutes. It was a great massage and because of that, I was pain free in my workout today. Thank you!

Celine is AMAZING!! So attentive, kind, and welcoming! She did an incredible job and I believe this is the best set I’ve ever had. She’s my go-to girl now. Also, Alicia is such a talented esthetician and my facial with her was UNMATCHED! I’m so happy with their services and look forward to seeing them monthly! Update: Feb nails; I’m telling you my girl Celine does NOT miss!

Danielle is so good with my daughter. Her braiding is beautiful and she’s so patient with a wiggly 4 year old. :)
