Life Balance Massage & Spa

I’ve been getting massages in the Houston area for the past thirty years and I will say my massages from Life Balance are by far the best I’ve had. I get the 90 minutes deep tissue massage with hot stones and Anyel works her magic soothing my sore muscles and joints. She applies the perfect amount of pressure and even do some light stretching. I also enjoy the warm towels and aroma therapy. I aways leave my appointments stress free, relaxed and rejuvenated.

Anyel is an incredible massage therapist! My husband and I were fortunate enough to win vouchers for an aromatherapy massage and a Swedish massage at a party. Anyel's professionalism and attention to detail made our experience truly remarkable. She ensured that we were comfortable and relaxed throughout the entire session. Amazing place💕 I purchased a Groupon just to try Life Spa Brookshire, I had a spa day planned to celebrate my birthday. I normally don't write reviews, but the service I received was so amazing that I had to!! From the get go, Anyel, the spa director, owner, took care of me so well!!! She was there to greet me, arranged the experience and service perfectly, and she made sure that every step of the way and I was taken care of. This was by far the best spa treatment service that I have ever had. It made for the most relaxing day ever!! I cannot speak highly enough of all the service provided and the friendly and professionalism received. I will definitely be coming back here for a spa day again!
