Lien's nails

The boss lady "Lien" didn't even listen to what I wanted--she just started applying what she thought was best. When I told her it wasn't the color or design I asked for, she said, "It'll look better later." But it didn't--at all. She also failed to mention there would be extra charges for additional layers, and in the end, I was charged $50 for a color I hated and nails that were honestly poor quality. Her attitude was very forceful and dismissive. She doesn't care to hear feedback or concerns from clients. Lien did an amazing job, first time checking out this salon. I came from out of town for a full set, and she recommended me to Gel x and it looks amazing. She is very funny and nice, I will visit the next time I am in town!

I don’t recommend this place to anyone. I wasn’t really happy with the end results. I’m glad that my sisters like the end result for their nails.The totals for my nails were $80. when she was asking me what length I wanted my nails I said I wanted them long And square as the shape but when It came down to shaping them they looked short and nothing like square. She told me that she would fix my nails and make them longer but when I came down to me, telling her to make them more narrow, she kind of went a little fast almost as if she was rushing them. Keep in mind I was there doing my nails for four hours. she was nice enough to fix my nails but failed to tell me that she was going to charge me extra my original total that she had told me it was $55 but when I came down to me paying for my

Lien is the owner at this place and is absolutely wonderful. I have been searching for a great nail tech and I found her. She has attentively worked on my nails and feet and even a friend of mine said they look good and my feet look almost fake. I don't know what magic she uses but by far the best I've found and really knows her stuff. Her staff is good too I've used them when she is busy but nothing compares to the owner.
