The waxing lady is very helpful the actual barber lady was very rude, about my question for an appointment and seemed as like she didn’t wanna be there. I will be taking my business else where. I just wanted a quick trim and they seem to be booked both days this week and all day today when i been sitting here for an hour and a half and not a single person has came in. Unbelievable i never rate low I appreciate people! But i never been in such an uncomfortable awkward position. All i asked for is if they were open and she snapped “yes we are but only by appointments” then she goes back to sitting on her phone and then said “could I set one up then?” Mind you prior i called already 2 times before i walked in to set an appointment up. She let it ring! Jeez. Wouldn’t recommend coming here. Un
