Liberty Beauty Supply

So, apparently, I came to Liberty Beauty Supply on 12/29/2025 here in Hinesville. I've got here around 12 pm and the door was lock. No one was there. A lot people came up the door and had to walk away due to the door being lock. I had to take my money somewhere else.

I only love coming when the owners work. The lady at the front is always on the phone and has a bad attitude. Like get off the phone and assist me with what I’m asking. You came to work not talk on the phone. I probably won’t be coming here anymore. I’ll just go across the street and pay the higher prices.

Ive been in a handful of times since the 1 bad experience i had there with a gentleman that simply didnt understand what I was asking for and insisting I buy something I didnt need. Today the ladies in the store were AMAZING and super helpful. I had a great time and I'm honestly looking forward to going back

When in to buy some item's after my purchase there were two boxes by the door of FREE samples for the taking. I stopped to look through them. Well one of the ladies walked over to me and l asked her if they are FREE to take and she stated yes. Well she reached out had to the nerve to look into my bag of the stuff l right purchased to see what l had in my bag. I have been going into this store for yrs but the treatment that she displayed like if l was stealing something l will not ever come back into that store and give them my business or hard earned money!!!!!!

The lady with the long hair is very helpful.......that other one with the short hair is rude and watches your every move. EVERY move. I've spent way too much money in this store to get watched like I'm some thief. I work for everything I want. I don't even come in with purse or pockets and when i looked up........she's peeking around a corner.
