Li Nails

I used to go here all the time and went yesterday because my regular place was closed and I needed help. I should have realized after the 1st interaction this place has gone downhill. I had gel x nails I needed removed and asked for a new full set. At first, he tried to remove them by sticking a tip between the nail and gelx nail. When I asked the gentleman who was helping me to soak them off he tried to tell me no but that’s the only way to get them off without ripping my nails off. He was rough, yanked my arms, didn’t watch what he was doing. Was looking out the window while he was filing. My fingers are bleeding today from how hard he filed my fingers. The tips glued on are way too wide. I thought “okay he’s going to shape them”. No. I had to ask the person he handed me to for color to

love everybody there they take their time and make sure you walk out happy with your nails also they have amazing prices🩷🩷i’ve been going for about 2 months now and everytime im more than happy with the service better than any other nail salon in harnett county go to them to get your nails/ toes done!!!

I have been coming here for almost a year because they are 5 mins from my home very close , but every time I go the shop is always dirty, and dust everywhere, plus i always tip no matter what, they don’t even offer you water to drink. And the only person who does a good job is the older man and his 2 daughters (because I think it’s a family business) . The mom is Horrible, i went there for a manicure and she refused to massage my hands (knowing fully well massages are included in the manicure base on what the daughter told me) the mom had the audacity to say alot of cuticle dirt skin came out from my nails and yet I want massages. Like why charge me $18 for a service you don’t want to provide, The mom is unprofessional, she rushes through the services and complains when you point somethin

Awful! My daughter and I got there soon after they opened for mani/pedis, They started our nails then continued to take walk ins, doing their nails and leaving us half done. We were there two and a half hours. Worst pedicure ever, no massage, paint on my skin and then over charged us. Also, nails and toes were suppose to be the same color, but had me choose a different one, I think because they were out of the color. I will never go there again. Also, owner is very rude. Also over charged us and when we ask, he went up on the price instead of down, almost $200 for the two of us and I only got a regualr manicure with gel polish.

I took my mom to Li Nails today and they did such a wonderful job. My mother has vascular dementia and they were patient and kind, took their time so she could enjoy her service, and it just meant the world to me. Thank you so much. We will be back!
