Lexor Spa and Nails

I went to Luxor early on a Saturday shortly after they opened. During my services the woman who I believe is one of the owners started talking to the other lady who was about to do my service. They do this every time i'm there which is fine. Another customer comes in for a pedicure and had to wait to be serviced because it was only the two ladies that day and both were serving customers. The woman doing my services starts to rush. This resulted in polish on my skin for my toes where I requested a polish change and cut down. I had to also file more when I got home. Theb she rushed my manicure and when I asked her not to rush my service the other lady chimed in "blah blah blah Manicure...". My mom goes to them because shes comfortable there but when I looked around, the place is filthy. The

My very first visit was amazing. I felt like they did such a thorough job and that the prices were outstanding even tipped more than half of what my out of door cost was because I was so appreciative.. then my next visit, a month later the pedicurists was digging at my toenail, trying to get excess cuticle out of my toenail and it hurt a little bit but I didn’t think it was any big deal Until I get home and realized how tender my toe was, you can see in the picture what she did. I was so happy to find a nice place to get my nails done so at my next visit I went back and I showed her the picture and I just said could we just be a little more careful please I really love it here but my toe. *Pictures are 2 weeks after appointment* *disclaimer: I have OCD about my nails lol* I’ve only gotten my nails done by Ethan. Often leave in pain because he is not very sensitive to how hard he’s using his hands to push back cuticles and he uses the nail file machine to clean dead skin from cuticles versus the cuticle clippers (which is also very rough on the nails at least in my experiences) and can be uncomfortable. Angles and lines for a few nails are normally off a tad but he always coats the nail very nice and very even with the nail polish, painting the WHOLE nail, which is my favorite thing about his service. They are also very nice in general. I would put 3.5 stars if I could as they are decent but not really above average.

Have been a regular customer for the past 2 years. However, due to concern with prior service the person performing my service service walked away and I spent 3 hours there, Mani-pedi. When I asked for an adjustment for the time I had spent, they offered a $10 gift certificate 🤔 lots more. The water isn't cold for The pedicure and they are not there at 9:00 so You Do not receive the hot stone treatment you are charged for with your pedicure 😕

Anna has been doing my nails for almost 2 decades. She and the rest of the staff really do great job . They offer many services haircut, eyebrow, mani pedi.. pay with cash so you can save you $$.
