Lexington Massage Therapy

This review is probably 6 years or so overdue. This place is the best of the best. I tried to find comparables that were closer to me when I moved 45 minutes away and there are none. I hold tension in my upper body and get headaches and knots across my shoulder blades and neck area…they work them out EVERY time. When I first started having chronic headaches I was going every two weeks for relief. That turned to every month. Now I go every couple months or until I feel it tensing up again. (though I could go everyday if I’m being honest!)

Best massage I've ever had. Allie was great, have never felt so good after a massage.

Lisa is absolutely amazing. I haven't had a massage in 20 years . She hit muscles I forgot I had and did an amazing job on releasing the knots in my back neck and shoulders. Will definitely be going back to her.

If I could give this 10 stars, I would! I had a 90 minute prenatal with Lisa on 8/10/22. It was by far the best experience I've ever had. This is my first child, and first prenatal massage but I've never felt more comfortable. Lisa explained things she was doing (I prefer to have conversation and she obliged) and I feel like I actually learned a lot in my 90 minutes. I left feeling like a new woman. Pressure was perfect and the atmosphere was so calming. Can't wait to go back, I booked next month's massage already!! Prices are very reasonable as well!

Paul is one of the very best massages I've received! He is a big guy but he's very gentle and aware of the right amount of pressure to ease knots and tension out of your body. He has a nice energy and I felt very comfortable immediately. I was so completely immersed in relaxation that I could have laid there all day. Luv the cupping. He did that very gently and it felt so good. 😊
