Lex-Charm Hair Fashions

I've been going to Lex Charm since I was a little girl to get my hair did. I am a few years short of 40 now. This salon is always full of life and warm comfortable vibes. The women who work there are always friendly and welcoming. The owner and main nail tech always stops to ask how I am even though I am not there for nails. Only hair. I will 100% be going back to my favorite salon.

I got my nails done 11 days ago and so far 5 of them have fallen off. I went in to have the first one fixed, which was a great experience. When the second 2 fell off, I was not able to make it in right away to get them fixed, and in the meantime, 2 more fell off. I do not have time to return 3 times a week to get nails fixed. I asked for a refund, and was refused. The only option I was given was to return to the same lady who put the nails on that are now falling off. No thank you, I will not be returning.

I absolutely LOVE Heather!! My hair is always amazing and she's honest if a style will look good on you or not.
