Very professional, clean, and relaxing environment. Got the microdermabrasion facial and my skin looked smoother and brighter immediately. She explains everything and really knows what she’s doing. Great experience for male clients too. I’ll be back in 6 weeks for follow up treatment before my gala event.

Buyer beware! I wish I could give zero stars. This was pretty much a disaster. Between the extreme price gouging, the sketchy location, and the merchant failing to keep my follow-up appointment, this place should be avoided at all costs. First off the office is claustrophobic and the decor can only be described as bordello tacky. It gets worse. Before even scheduling my appointment there was the $30 up front deposit that was required. I agreed because it was refundable, although this is certainly not common practice. Then, at the first session, after my microblading procedure had ALREADY BEGUN, I was told there would be additional charges that were NOT mentioned in the Groupon ad. I’ll be honest.. I always read reviews before booking anywhere, and I did see a few comments about deposits and policies before coming to Lex Allure. But after hearing rave reviews from multiple friends who care about real quality, I decided to trust the word of mouth and I am so glad I did. From the moment I walked in, the experience was next level. The spa is beautiful, clean, and the staff is incredibly professional. DO NOT GO HERE! just off the bat this place feels very unsafe and sketchy. aside that she uses extremely cheap wax, i got a big wax burn after this. she takes very long to wax a small body part because of the cheap wax she uses. she’s also quite unprofessional- she left the room door open to step out and talk to someone in the lobby and they could see directly into the room. just don’t go overall.
