I had a wonderful experience with Kelly — she’s incredibly skilled and detail-oriented. My nails turned out perfect, and the shape and design were exactly what I wanted. Service: Gel X full set + French + Cat eye The prices are very reasonable for the quality of service provided. I highly recommend Kelly to anyone looking for a talented and professional nail technician!

The person who did my nails was wonderful — very attentive and patient. However, the service took quite a bit of time and I spent $160 plus tip, and the nails started chipping the very next day. Because of this, I would like to request a refund or a fix, as the quality didn’t last even 24–48 hours.

I went on Friday for gel manicure for my daughter's graduation on Saturday. Today is Tuesday.My nails started chipping then realized their lifting. Which means not curated long enough. also means not in drying machine. I wanted a refund since only been 3 ays. They said they don't refund only fix nail chipped. When I called this morning I had 2 chipped now 3 chipped. So why would I waste more time fixing 3 nails when all will chip and lift off. It's like not bonded on my real nail. This salon is in such a hurry and get you in and out. Also very rude. Don't waste getting gel manicure. When leaving I noticed 2 other women with 1 or 2 nails wrapped. It seems happened to me. And others. Im not a perfectionist. I just expect to stay like usual. Not 3 days. There is a picture after left and h

Anna has done it again! I am in LOVE! The shape and color are exactly what I wanted!!! Thank you, as always!!! THIS IS AN UPDATE 4/7/2024! I have been going to Anna for a year now and I have NEVER been disappointed. I started with nails that were bit back so far, they hurt. Now my nails are as long as ever and I would never have been able to achieve this without her help. I no longer have tips. She also does awesome pedicures! I have recommended and will continue to recommend her to everyone. I have also run into so many people that I know that have also been going to ANNA and everyone LOVES her. Not only do I love my nails, but she helps me pick the best choices for color AND health, and even shows me new styles. The ones pictured are my current favorite way to have them done, for now! :

First time in. Nice relaxing experience. My nails look and feel great. The 4 star is because I asked for sane color for fingers and toes but that’s not what I got. I’ll give them another chance for sure, will just be more diligent with the color choice.
