Posting on behalf of my brother: The barber used what felt like the dullest razor blade for shaping my beard line without applying any treatment to my face before. This left my skin irritated, red, and peeling for a few days. When he noticed that the blade tickled my cheek, he found it amusing and intentionally tickled my cheek resulting in a cut on my nostril which I only noticed later. He would stabalize his hand using my eyeball which was uncomfortable. At the end, my neck line was uneven and quite visibly so. My hair at the front was uneven and a bit longer than I wanted it. When I commented about it, he told me it would look shorter when it was wet, clearly rushing me out. The fade was fine after he spent 30 minutes on it.

This barber was constantly distracted and overcharged me for a haircut that he put little attention to. The haircut looked so different than what I showed him, and he didnt understand what I was trying to tell him. Sure he is good at fading and working with short hair, but he is terrible at taking the time to try to understand the guest and asks question. Why are the prices stated when they themselves just Charge what they want😂
