Twice Fassi didn’t show up for a scheduled appointment with no phone call. Too bad that her work is very good but Very unprofessional. Too many good stylist and Braiders in the area to deal with the lack of customer service and professionalism.

People are great worker ,just to many people come in to hang out. But are in and out,. No all day in the shop. Best place to come Black and white whoever ,whatever this is the place. Tell them SHELIA from Rome ga sent you.. Even has a barbershop too.Go get the hook up, Curls,Perm,Braids, Twist, whatever they do it .

I have been going here for 10 years and will not let any other salon touch my hair at all!! The staff here is all super talented and creative and will bring your vision to life, and RODNEY IS THE BEST!!! Happy customer :)

Tecia did a wonderful job with my hair for school , the best see I had ever had and did a great job with dying my hair. She is a awesome hair stylest who knows what's best for your hair and keeps it healthy and growing

Went in to get my hair curled. Was told that my hair texture woils not look right w a rod set. Was repeatedly told that my texture was difficult to work with. Just very hurtful. She did a flat twist, it looked rough like I could have done it at home. Waste of time and money.
