Level Up Hair Studio

This salon is TOP NOTCH!!! I have been faithfully coming to them for close to 20 years now. I literally moved far away but would book appointments every time I was back in town visiting. I have seen this salon go through many growing stages and the quality and kindness has been consistent throughout ALL the years! I have very long thick hair and I get soooo many compliments after I get my hair done. The color is always on point, the cut, the styling all of it. This may not seem important but it’s also super cute, it’s always decorated pretty and that’s enjoyable when you’re chillin waiting for your color to set. The owner and all the employees are always so sweet and friendly. They seem to work well together and it’s just a nice environment to be in. I will literally NOT go anywhere else.

I was greeted professionally and was instantly attended to - no waiting. The assistant made sure to ask what water temperature I preferred and the wash was great! Michelle is a gem who genuinely loves what she does! Her passion behind the chair shows with how she goes above and beyond for her clients. She asked questions to understand exactly what I was trying to achieve and she truly exceeded all my expectations! The time she took, her perfectionism and the conversations we had has made me a forever client. It felt like I've known her for years! I’ve been going to Level Up since they have been open. Michelle one of the owners is my stylist! She is AMAZING at her craft. We have done so many different cuts and color over the years and have always loved all of them! I’m growing out my hair now and embracing the greys coming in. She colors just enough to blend it all in and looks so natural and pretty. The studio is gorgeous and extremely clean! All the girls here are always welcoming and such good vibes while you’re there! I always look forward to my appointments. My daughter also loves being pampered too. Can’t say enough wonderful things about these ladies. Definitely is such a treat to relax and unwind while they do their magic. So thankful I’ve found a Hair Studio that I love 💕

Love this salon! I’ve been going to Nicole for a couple of years and she always does an amazing job! The atmosphere in the salon is always calm and relaxing, and everyone is extremely friendly. I definitely recommend to anyone looking to make a switch.
