Level 10 Barber Studio

Hector has been cutting my hair and doing my beard for a while now, and he never misses. Every haircut comes out clean, sharp, and exactly how I want it. My beard is always perfectly lined up too, he really pays attention to the small details. What I appreciate the most is how reliable he is. He’s always on time, never cancels last minute, and you can tell he takes his work seriously. The products he uses are top quality and the whole experience just feels professional from start to finish. On top of that, he’s just a great guy. Easy to talk to, respectful, and makes you feel comfortable every time you’re there. Honestly, his service is way better than any other barbershop around. If you’re thinking about booking with him, do it. You won’t regret it.

Hector does an amazing job. I have been going to him for my hair cuts for about a year or so now and I have never left unsatisfied. Went in for the first time with hector today, I told him a bit what i wanted and as a professional he suggested some things that might fit my hair and head type a bit better, and he absolutely crushed it! great conversation and a fellow boricua! definitely will be back thanks, Hector!

I was charged for a haircut I did not receive yesterday because: 1) The location of the studio had a leasing sign, a barber shop generic sign, but NOT the sign of their business: Level 10 Barber Studio. 2) I tried to call them two times to clarify their location and let them know I would be a few minutes late because I couldn’t find them. 3) When I did find them, they had already locked the doors. (I had the last appt of the day.) 4) I called them the next day to reschedule only to find out they had already charged me. This is not how you treat customers. Thanks for the elderly haircut you promised!
