I loved how natural my lashes looked and that I didn’t need to wear mascara. The lashes were secure and I didn’t worry about anything falling out or off. I went here to have eyeliner tattooed and it was disastrous! I ended up getting a horrible eye infections directly caused by her tattooing eyeliner on my eyes. First the numbing part was a joke! I told her many many times that numbing creams take a long time on me, she kept starting only after Maybe a MINUTE! It takes me about 30 minutes. I even told her before I came in in case she wanted me to come in early. I finally had to have her stop! Then the eye cream she had used and told me to buy under WARNINGS on the back of the tube said: Do not use in the eye area! It was the FIRST WARNING! I had to go to an Eye Dr in Plano and they told me that she should never have used that cream around my eyes! Then when I notify her that I would like a refund or some other procedure done she said
