Shannon is amazing. I haven’t had many facials before but my experience with her has been one of a kind. I love how relaxing it is (even when doing deeper treatments)👍❤️

I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but my experience has been consistently disappointing. I had a facial appointment booked with Shannon and it was repeatedly canceled at the last minute with little to no notice. Text messages often went unanswered or were returned long after I had already needed a response. I completely understand that things come up—we’re all human—but clear and timely communication is essential when you're running a service-based business. Unfortunately, that was lacking. When I showed up for a confirmed appointment that hadn’t been canceled, only to realize she had double-booked and I’d need to return an hour later. That’s incredibly unprofessional and shows a lack of respect for clients’ time. To make matters worse, I’ve been holding onto a gift card from Let’

Shannon did an amazing job! I love how she takes the time tell you what she is doing and also that she tells you what to get on Amazon to keep your skin looking amazing! I just saw my dermatologist yesterday and she has NEVER said your skin looks amazing!! Its been 2 weeks since I have seen Shannon! You won't be disappointed!!

She's very knowledgeable and teaches you about the products she uses without trying to sell you on it. Nice and comfortable environment, and very friendly.
