Literally just left the salon and my experience was great for the most part when I walked in, I didn’t have much of a wait. The young lady that started me off washed my hair with care she was very hands-on when I asked for recommendation’s and treatment options. She checked in on me was very Attentive. The young lady That did my hair took her time communicated with me and just overall made me feel comfortable. When she clipped my ends She did a great job took off everything that needed to go and I still was left with length. 10 out of 10 will definitely be going back

Teresa has done my mom and my own hair multiple times and she’s amazing. I can tell her what I want and she knows right away exactly what I want. Angie does beautiful lashes and she’s so patient and gentle washing and detangling. Everyone here is kind and overall I feel comfortable getting services here. The customer service is great and I always leave happy. Highly recommend!

I have been going to Leticia’s salon for over 12 year’s now. I have traveled from all areas of Philly just to come here. The service has never changed and the prices have only changed once that I’m aware of and I’m a regular customer. That says a lot about the owner. The energy is very welcoming every time I walk in the door. Everyone speaks and not just stare. I have never had to wait around to get my hair washed even with the steady flow of customer’s. The prices are unmatched compared to other salon’s. I recommend this salon often. Ally, Leticia salon has a customer for LIFE. Thank You Josie for always being so pleasant, accommodating, and patient with this thick nature hair. I have NEVER walked out disappointed. You made my hair grow like CRAZY. See you in two weeks!!!
